Edgardo D. Santillán, Esquire
Mr. Santillán concentrates in the areas of small business reorganizations, consumer bankruptcy law, corporate and commercial finance, creditor representation and real estate tax sale appeals. He formerly acted as Special Counsel to the County of Beaver, Commonwealth of PA, in both federal & state courts.
Mr. Santillán represented tax collection agencies, including the Beaver County Tax Claim Bureau, with regard to complex tax collection issues before U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
He received his B.S. in Biology (PreMed) from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1987, and his J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 1990 where he was a member of Juris, the Duquesne Law School Magazine, and was the President of the International Law Society in 1989.
Mr. Santillán is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is a member of the Beaver County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, National Cannabis Bar Association, and an active member of the WPREIA/Pittsburgh Real Estate Investors Association.
Mr. Santillán has been a speaker for various professional groups on topics of bankruptcy & tax laws, and has taught Continuing Legal Education classes for Pennsylvania Bar Institute and the Beaver County Bar Association. He was also previously appointed as Special Divorce Trustee in complex divorce cases in Beaver County, Pennsylvania.
Felicia E. Santillan, Esquire
Mrs. Santillan concentrates in the areas of Estate Administration and Social Security.
Attorney Santillan utilizes her past experience as an Estate Administration Officer for a regional bank in handling estates ranging from less than $100,000.00 to Complex Multi Million Dollar estates throughout Western Pennsylvania. She also has experience in handling trust & intestate matters for clients.
Mrs. Santillan was also a former Assistant Public Defender for Beaver County, Pennsylvania representing indigent criminal defendants. She handles all criminal law matters for the firm, including DUI defense, Criminal Defense & Driver’s License Appeals.
She received her B.S. in Elementary Education from West Virginia University in 1988, her M.A. in Education Administration from West Virginia University in 1995 and her J.D. from West Virginia University School of Law in 1999. She is licensed in both Pennsylvania and West Virginia and is a member of the Beaver County Bar Association.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mrs. Santillan worked as a math teacher in Morgantown, West Virginia, worked as a Domestic Relations Hearing Officer for Beaver County, and is Licensed as a School Administrator in Pennsylvania.
Raechel A. Griesser, Paralegal
Mrs. Griesser serves as the firm’s paralegal. She received her B.A. in Communications with a minor in Sociology from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida in 2004. Prior to her tenure at our firm, she worked at the law firm of Vorys, Sater, Seymore and Pease in Akron, Ohio as an administrative assistant. Mrs. Griesser has been a member of the Ohio Youth Ballet Company, Northeast Ohio Dance Ensemble & the Florida Atlantic Dance Team where she was captain for two years.
